About me

About me

My name is Paul Bradley-Law.

I've spent my life in Talent. I've run recruitment businesses and Talent operations, been in-house, agency, supplier, retained, and contingency, and now I roam the world consulting with ambitious businesses who want to scale by getting People stuff right.

Through The Great People Machine, I help ambitious organisations solve the Talent puzzle, connecting the dots between mission, values and behaviours so that they can hire, develop and enable the people most likely to deliver on their strategy.

I'm passionate about the ways in which humans collaborate to get work done. I've spent my whole career thinking about the cultures, values, missions, and behaviours that allow whole human beings to produce the extraordinary together.

In the blog you can find insights into my philosophy on how to hire Great people, how to deliver Great interviews, how to build Great cultures, develop talent for Greatness, and ways to build Great organisations through Talent.

Longform and shortform essays, micro blog content, book reviews, and guides on leading, enabling, developing, rewarding and including talent. Feel free to subscribe for my latest thoughts.

I'm always up for discussing ideas in more detail, sharing best practice and helping make work better for everyone.
